About the webinars
For many individuals, appraisal math is one of the more difficult aspects of the National Appraiser Licensing and Certification Exams. Dr. Sam Martin will simplify the complex by sharing tips and best practices for solving what may seem to be a complicated math problem.
The series of three webinars will cover appraisal math used in the three approaches to value. The first session covers math used in the sales comparison approach. The second and third sessions will cover math specific to the cost approach and the income approach.
- Part 1: The Sales Comparison Approach (Wednesday, February 9, 2022)
- Part 2: The Cost Approach (Wednesday, March 9, 2022)
- Part 3: The Income Approach (Wednesday, April 6, 2022)
Dr. Sam will walk you through actual appraisal math problems and will be open to taking your appraisal math questions, similar to attending an in-person class.
